In 2007, we conducted a unique research project on behalf of the CWDC. It focused on the workforce development needs of managers of services for young people and was completed in partnership with the National Youth Agency.
Following the publication of this research, the CWDC, on behalf of the Children's Workforce Network, contracted a consortium led by FPM Training to design, develop and deliver a new range of leadership and management development programmes which will build the capacities of managers to deliver effective, integrated services for young people.
