Getting enough money to survive

Public spending is being cut overall by a quarter over four years. Non-statutory services face even higher cuts. The level of cuts mean that many services cannot continue in their current form. Whatever form services take in the future, leaders and managers will have to be extremely skilled at understanding where the money is and positioning their services so that it is likely to win support.

FPM's one day seminar enables participants to:

  • Scan environment and Government policy relating to funding public services
  • Identify sources of money and how to access them
  • Plan how to position and align your organisation or service in order to maximise your chances of winning funding, including competitor analysis
  • Develop an action plan to build an income pipeline
