FPM has designed and delivered 100 professional leadership and management development programmes to 20,000 staff drawn from 1,900 public, private and voluntary organisations and all 152 local authorities in England.
We have worked on professional development with staff from the front-line to strategic level (Levels 2-7) in the National Qualifications Framework.
FPM is an approved centre for the award of qualifications through the Chartered Management Institute. We have a long established partnership with De Monfort University and approved routes for progression to Level 6 and 7 qualifications.
