Specialist training and development

FPM has designed and delivered 100 innovative programmes to nearly 20,000 staff drawn from 1,900 voluntary organisations, all 152 local authorities in England and a majority of local authorities in Wales. We have worked with staff from front-line to strategic (Levels 2-7 in the National Qualifications Framework).

FPM recruits up to 2,000 participants per year to a wide variety of programmes, on behalf of clients.

Our clients are central government agencies and departments (Department for Education, Children's Workforce Development Council (CWDC), Learning and Skills Improvement Service (LSIS) and the Welsh Assembly Government), voluntary organisations and local authorities. Click here to read a case study.

FPM is an approved centre for the award of qualifications through the Chartered Management Institute, and the Institute of Leadership and Management. We have a long established partnership with De Montfort University with approved routes for progression to Level 6 and 7 qualifications.
