FPM is working with over 15 clients on setting up either employee or membership mutual organisations. With our partners, the Co-operative Group and leading law firm Cobbetts, we can offer a clear process which helps organisations decide if an employee or membership mutual model is for them and if so, how to establish one in a sustainable way.
We had had over 200 managers and staff -drawn from nearly 60% of local authorities- attend our successful Going Mutual seminars held in London and Manchester, which gave participants an initial briefing on mutuals.
