Capacity building and business support

FPM works with organisations providing public services to enable them to develop the skills and capacity necessary to manage in the current challenging funding environment. We offer clients the following services:

• Diagnostic assessments and holistic reviews of their business plans
• Strategic capacity building within organisations to implement sustainable change
• Support on the review and implement of income generation and fundraising strategies

We have recently delivered a series of strategic planning and business support seminars to 50 third sector organisations being grant funded by the Department for Education. We then went on to conduct holistic strategic business plan reviews with 10 of these organisations. As a result, all 10 have secured additional income for their projects.
