Since 2001, we have designed and delivered over 40,000 contextualised training days across the UK. These have been delivered to every local authority in the UK and over 1,600 voluntary organisations to participants from senior manager to practitioner level.

CONTEXTUALISED SERVICE DESIGN
We have developed a specialist professional service which equips our clients to deliver servcies at much reduced costs. This includes innovative delivery models - co-ops, mutuals and shared services, for example - and the design and implementation of cost reduction plans.
