Since 2001, we have designed and delivered over 40,000 contextualised training days across the UK. These have been delivered to every local authority in the UK and to 1,900 voluntary, public and private organisations. We specialise in the design and delivery of highly tailored leadership and management development programmes.

NEW MODELS OF SERVICE DELIVERY
We have developed a specialist professional service which equips our clients to deliver services at much reduced costs. This includes innovative delivery models - co-ops, mutuals and shared services, for example - and the design and implementation of cost reduction plans.
