We are the main provider of leadership and management development for services for young people in England. Since 2001, we have delivered programmes to every local authority in England and over 1,600 voluntary organisations.
In 2008, the Children's Workforce Development Council (CWDC) contracted FPM to design and deliver three leadership and management programmes to 6,000 leaders, staff and professionals working in services for young people across England. This was the largest management development initiative ever provided for this group. To read a report based on these programmes please

FPM have partnered with the following organisations within the field: Catch 22; the Confederation of Heads of Young People's Services; the Centre for British Teachers; Aspect; and all nine Regional Youth Work Units.
