Working as a consortium with Babington Business College, EDI and Workpays, FPM have recently been awarded a contract by Government to develop and pilot the Higher Level Apprenticeship (Level 4) in the Employment Related Services (ERS) qualification. The consortium is working with an expert Reference Group drawn from employers, via the Employment Related Services Association (ERSA), to support the development of this Higher Level Apprenticeship.
The contract is to deliver Higher Level Apprenticeships in ERS and the consortium aims to deliver a pilot with 40 HAs starting in the later part of 2012 and a rollout of over 400 HAs over the subsequent two years. The consortium provides an online learning site, centre based and work based learning, accredited tutors and assessors and access to SFA funding if needed.
