FPM has developed a full range of support to enable employers and staff to progress to award, certificate and diploma in Employment Related Services. We can deliver an end to end programme leading to the Diploma, or work with you to create a bespoke package which accredits existing training and learning, whilst adding new units where relevant. We believe that employers’ primary focus when investing in training and development must be to increase productivity and help to deliver the organisation’s business goals. Consequently any professional training must be seen as part of the wider business strategy and will be specific to each organisation.
FPM is already working with a variety of ERS providers to train and assess candidates on the level 3 Diploma. By the end of 2012, we expect to have supported over 200 candidates to gain accredited ERS qualifications.
