CHILDREN'S WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL
In 2008, the Children’s Workforce Development Council (CWDC), on behalf of the Children's Workforce Network, contracted a consortium led by FPM to design and deliver a new range of leadership and management development programmes which will build the capacities of managers to deliver effective, integrated services for young people.
The
Leadership Enhancement Programme,
Leadership Development Programme and
Management Development Programme were delivered to managers across all levels of management from the statutory and voluntary sectors.
This groundbreaking initiative has been hugely successful with 96% of participants across all three programmes rating their experience as Good, Very Good or Excellent.
