Design

We specialise in tailored workforce development programmes that lead to better public services. The design of these programmes is underpinned by our in-depth knowledge of our markets. We produce original training material for over 3,000 days of training every year.

We work closely with clients to meet their needs and agree:

  • How their programme is delivered - face-to-face, electronically or a mix of learning methods
  • What it will contain - an appropriate mix of policy and technical information applied to their workplace
  • Where it is delivered - in-house, locally, regionally or nationally
