Research
We carry out national research projects for government into workforce development needs. We also deliver ongoing research projects at a regional and local level.
Design
The results of our research enable us to design award-winning tailored workforce development solutions that lead to genuine improvement.
Delivery
Since 2001, we have delivered over 22,000 contextualised training days across the UK on an in-house and scheduled basis. These programmes are proven to have individual, organisational and sectoral impact, as evidenced by independent evaluations.
Evaluation
We evaluate every programme we deliver to ensure it had a positive impact and met the client’s needs. This is an essential part of the development and ensures that any further training is even more productive.
