Museums and Archives Services
We launched the Leading Archives and Museums programme in 2006, commissioned by the Museums Libraries and Archives Council (MLA). This was the first national development programme for staff from museums and archives. It was re-commissioned in 2007 and has now been delivered to over 200 museums and archives staff at Senior Manager and Future Leader level.
The Cultural Leadership Programme (CLP) also commissioned us to develop and deliver a series of action learning networks for archive managers, Action for Archives.
On behalf of the MLA, we recently piloted the Strategic Planning and Fundraising Programme for eight archive services across four regions in England. For further details on this project, click here.
