Partnership is at the heart of the FPM offer. Our programmes focus on building capacity within sectors, as well as organisations and individuals. This requires strong collaborative work with clients who are often sectoral bodies themselves.
FPM led a consortium of 11 organisations to deliver the very successful Young People's Leadership and Management Development Programme to 6,000 participants in two and a half years. Partner organisations included: Catch 22; the Centre for British Teachers (CfBT); Confederation of Heads of Young People's Services (CHYPS); the Virtual Staff College and the Association of Directors of Children's Services.
Currently, FPM is working with Groundwork, Youth Access and Sanctuary Housing on the innovative, Department for Education funded, Young People Friendly Neighbourhoods project.
