Public Service Mutuals
FPM provided business planning, and organisational development support, including advice on structures to six emerging mutuals providing services for young people, as part of the Young People Friendly Neighbourhoods project funded by the Department for Education between 2011 and 2013. This included support for the UK's first youth led mutual - the Delves Lane Young People's mutual in Durham which started operations in January 2013.
We have provided business planning, transition planning and change management for Lambeth Council where work is progressing on the development of the Young Lambeth Co-operative - the country's first borough wide, youth led mutual structure for commissioning.
Training and Development
Since 2001, FPM has delivered over 40,000 contextualised training days to nearly 20,000 managers and staff. This training has been proven to have an individual, organisational and sectoral impact.
