ABOUT US

FPM's core business is the research, design, development, delivery and evaluation of tailored workforce development programmes to enable sectors, organisations and individuals to deliver better services. 

Since 2001, FPM have designed and delivered innovative programmes to nearly 20,000 staff drawn from 1,900 public, voluntary and private organisations, all 152 local authorities in England and a majority of local authorities in Wales.

FPM works with a wide range of central government departments and agencies; local authorities; voluntary organisations, private businesses and all forms of social enterprise.

FPM won a National Training Award for its work with youth service managers and is an approved centre for the award of qualifications through both the Chartered Management Institute and EDI.
